Our annual outing this year will be to Audley End Miniature Railway at Saffron Walden on Wednesday 15th June 2022. The children will enjoy a train ride, a fairy and elf walk, nature corner, adventure play area and picnic area. We have booked a coach to leave the Pre-school at 9:00 am. Please note, that in order for us to take part in all the planned activities we will need to leave promptly. The coach will be parked outside the school at 8:50 am and we will be meeting everyone at the coach for signing-in. Please arrive before 9:00 am so that we can leave on time. Please ensure that your child has been to the toilet before leaving home as we will not be going into the Pre-school before we leave. The journey time is one hour. A packed lunch and drink will be required along with outdoor clothing and a change of clothing. If it is hot and sunny, please apply sunscreen to your child and pack a hat. We will be taking Pre-school sunscreen to re-apply at lunch time but if your arrangement with the Pre-school is for your child to have their own applied, please pack this in their bag. We are planning for the coach to return to the Pre-school for 3:00 pm. Please wait outside the Primary Academy to collect your child from us when they get off the coach. Please be aware that the Pre-school will be closed for this day.
