We will follow this interest by: Our home corner has become a mysterious jungle, with animals hiding everywhere. Our explorers will be using their torches, magnifying glasses, binoculars and telescopes to hunt down bugs and beasts. We will be telling jungle stories and seeing what animal names we already know and learning some new ones. We will be making animal masks to wear too. You may wish to help your child to explore this interest at home or when you are out and about. Our suggested activity is: Talk about the different noises animals make. How many animals can you remember seeing from your last zoo visit or in a book about the zoo. Listen to the noises you hear around you and see if you know what made that noise.
